Overall it was spotless with balcony. The location was central, close enough to downtown restaurants and shops, the castle, the garden and mountains and from there to Gonergrat to see majestic Mattehorn mountain, and there were a castle and a church close to the venue.

Good, unique location to the main railway station. And just off the old town's main square as well as the city centre of Brig.

Beds were not comfortable.

Stayed in well-maintained family room with a terrace, balcony and all the facilities.

The breakfast was delicious and provided with a fantastic view and cheese, for example. The venue was set in the central position next to the centre, downtown restaurants and shops and the Schlosshotel.

The place was fairly clean with a pleasant staff at the reception desk. The breakfasts were always delicious with fresh bread, cheese plus a fantastic view. The hotel's location was marvellous to the outlet. Stayed in this property for 5 nights and really enjoyed our choice.

Everything was perfect, very hospitable staff, SPLENDID views on the castle of Brig. We booked a lodge and it was welcoming, good beds. Got a fresh breakfast included in the rate.

The staff was pleasant and honest, and requests were handled quickly. The room was spotless and included tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. The bed was very comfy; and there was a bathtub.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location is absolutely perfect being situated right next to the castle and just a short walk to the town center. The view from the room was simply stunning, overlooking the castle and its vast park. I was lucky enough to have a room with a balcony, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the self check-in process was easy to navigate. Additionally, the car parking provided for free was a great convenience. the attention to detail and the fantastic view made my stay at this hotel truly memorable.
